Responsibilities

Product Development & Strategy

• Lead the end-to-end development of new crypto products, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.
• Define product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements to improve user experience and drive engagement.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for product differentiation.
• Work with platform and sales teams to design, test, and deploy scalable and secure product solutions.

Commercialization & Growth

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive adoption and revenue growth.
• Define key product metrics and analyze performance data to optimize product features and pricing.
• Identify strategic partnerships to enhance the product offering and expand market reach.

Build & Execution

• Collaborate with Platform team to ensure successul build and delivery of platform enhancements, ensuring seamless integration with existing exchange infrastructure.
• Manage technical and operational dependencies, ensuring smooth rollouts and minimal disruptions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (risk, compliance, operations) to address product scalability and operational challenges.
• Define and document clear product requirements for platform team.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in product management, with at least 2+ years in crypto, fintech, or financial services.
• Technical Understanding: Strong grasp of blockchain technology, trading platforms, and digital asset infrastructure.
• Experience in monetizing products, developing pricing strategies, and driving customer acquisition.
• Execution & Delivery: Proven ability to manage end-to-end product development, from concept to launch, within an agile environment.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including technology, compliance, risk, and marketing.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, product performance tracking, and decision-making based on insights.
• Regulatory Awareness: Understanding of global crypto regulations, compliance frameworks, and risk considerations.
