Responsibilities
- Employ financial models to develop solutions to financial problems or to assess the financial or capital impact of transactions.
- Analyze financial or operational performance of companies facing financial difficulties to identify or recommend remedies.
- Collaborate with corporate bankers to attract new corporate clients.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Employ financial models to develop solutions to assess the financial or capital impact of transactions.
- Evaluate capital needs of clients and assess market conditions to inform structuring of financial packages.
- Analyze financial information to forecast business, industry, or economic conditions.
- Prepare materials for transactions or execution of deals.
- Accountable for responsible revenue and balance growth, profitability improvement, client planning, client calling, portfolio development, pricing strategy, and proposal development and delivery for a dedicated client portfolio.
- Design and deliver Treasury Management (TM) solutions consisting of multiple products across multiple jurisdictions and regions.
- Handle pricing and negotiation of treasury products to optimize relationship profitability.
- Maintain open line of communication with core team members to ensure all are kept informed of updated client information, treasury product information, and other industry knowledge.
- Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in International Business, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related: and
- 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related Finance occupation.
- Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:
- Assessing cash management, liquidity, and payments for various clients in the global financial institutions division to help facilitate workflow;
- Utilizing understanding of major clearing systems and requirements to identify the best solution for a client to ensure timely payments and receipts in the most cost effective manner possible;
- Evaluating and assessing complex client requirements and market condition to translate the requirements into actionable sales opportunities; and,
- Employing financial models to assess transactions, performing negotiations and making presentations to senior executives.
- 40% domestic or international travel, as necessary.

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$180,000.00 - $190,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
