What we expect

• Assume technical responsibility for Vital Sign Monitoring products, including Analog Frontends, Optical Modules, and Photodiodes
• Gather, benchmark, and analyze emerging applications and product requirements for Vital Sign Monitoring sensors
• Define advanced products such as low-power Analog Frontend ASICs for Photoplethysmography (PPG) and Electrocardiography (ECG), optical modules, and high-performance photodiodes
• Provide technical input to the product roadmap and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
• Collaborate closely with R&D teams to translate product requirements into development plans and maintain alignment throughout the development cycle
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation for customers
• Act as a technical expert for customers, supporting design-in activities and providing guidance during integration
• Deliver technical training sessions to customers and internal teams

Who we are looking for

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience in technical product management, application engineering, or similar roles
• Strong ability to think systemically and communicate complex concepts clearly
• Excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills
• Proven capability to lead challenging discussions with stakeholders and customers
• Hands-on approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Professional proficiency in English and German
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
