Senior Account Manager, Wealth Management Advisory
As a Senior Account Manager on the Wealth Management Advisory team, you support complex client relationships by coordinating the administration of fiduciary accounts and partnering closely with Trust Advisors and Client Support Services. This role is responsible for day-to-day client servicing, issue resolution, account oversight, and support of business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
- Coordinate administration for complex fiduciary, investment management, estate settlement, guardianship, and custody accounts.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests, responding to inquiries and communicating resolutions clearly and timely.
- Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of governing documents, account agreements, and trust policies.
- Ensure accurate account setup, maintenance, and documentation, including fees, services, and system records.
- Oversee client servicing events by developing action plans, ensuring execution, and providing ongoing status updates to clients.
- Partner with the Client Support Services Team on account openings and closings, cash movements, fee setups, and transaction processing.
- Assist Trust Advisors with account acceptance, discretionary request analysis, compliance management, and annual account reviews.
- Identify opportunities to enhance service efficiency, improve processes, and strengthen service delivery.
- Act as a key partner to Trust Advisors by supporting client meetings, presentations, and business development activities.
- Facilitate discussions, help drive decisions, and serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior team members.
- Maintain working knowledge of business applications and digital tools critical to relationship management and client engagement.
Required
- In-depth functional and industry knowledge of personal trust, estate, guardianship, and advisory services.
- Knowledge of internal bank trust functions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, changing environment.
- Solid technical and systems aptitude.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Minimum three to five years of experience in trust administration, financial servicing, or related roles.
- This is an office-based position. Duties and responsibilities must be performed onsite to support effective collaboration and client service.
