T-Systems International is building a large-scale Industrial AI Cloud to power enterprise-grade model training, fine-tuning, and inference at European scale. Our next-generation platform is powered by 10 000 NVIDIA GPUs and high-performance networking, designed for secure, compliant, and cost-efficient AI services.

We are hiring a (Senior) Technical Product Manager to shape the product development and delivery of AI platform services used by customers in healthcare, finance, the public sector, and beyond. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and infrastructure teams to build and offer scalable, secure, and innovative AI products. Responsibilities:

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and backlog for a portfolio of AI platform services (training, fine-tuning, inference, data services).
• Understand business and user needs, translate them into clear product requirements.
• Define the service catalog, SLAs/SLOs, packaging, and pricing models in partnership with Engineering, Finance, and Sales.
• Guide and manage the development process, prioritizing initiatives to maximize impact; run product discovery, pilots, and launches with anchor customers.
• Establish and monitor product metrics.
• Communicate progress and trade-offs to various stakeholders; produce clear PRDs, release notes, and enablement materials.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in technical product ownership/management or engineering leadership, delivering production platforms with measurable impact.
• Strong technical fluency across AI/ML and cloud-native infrastructure; able to lead decisions on performance, reliability, and cost without writing production code.
• Extensive AI/ML knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge and interest in the latest trends in AI.
• Customer-centric mindset; experienced in discovery, prioritization, and data-driven trade-offs.
• Excellent communication and leadership; able to align cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in German & English (written and verbal), proficient in collaborating with German-speaking customers & international teams.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience building enterprise-grade AI/ML products or platforms (multi-tenant, compliant, observable).
• Background in cloud services: Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, including experience with infrastructure, distributed systems, and network architecture.
• Experience with the Open Source AI and NVIDIA AI Enterprise ecosystem (e.g., NVIDIA NIM, NeMo, TensorRT, Dynamo, vLLM, SGLang).
