About this role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the team behind the Courier Mobile App - a key product that shapes the experience of our couriers every day. In this role, you'll focus on creating an exceptional courier experience, driving satisfaction and improving the efficiency of our logistics operations.
You'll dive deep into the courier journey - from onboarding and shift selection to communication with operations and ensuring couriers have everything they need to perform at their best. If you're passionate about understanding users, boosting satisfaction, and streamlining processes, this is your opportunity to make a real, measurable impact.
These are some of the key components to the position:
- Own the Product Vision Lifecycle: Define the product vision and strategy, drive discovery, definition, development, and launch of features within the Time & Attendance and Absence Management domain, from concept to adoption.
- Drive Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with other Courier App teams to align on shared goals, ensuring we operate as one cohesive unit and deliver a unified, impactful experience for our couriers.
- Deeply Understand User Needs: Conduct extensive user research with our couriers, operational teams, and HR stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities related to couriers experience and how to make things more efficient.
- Define Clear Requirements: Translate business goals and user insights into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, collaborating closely with engineering and design teams.
- Manage Your Product Area's Roadmap: Contribute to and maintain the product roadmap for Working Times, ensuring alignment with overall Workforce Management strategy and company objectives.
- Leverage Data: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for your features (e.g., time entry accuracy, absence request processing time), using data to inform decisions, measure success, and identify areas for iteration.
- Ensure Seamless Integrations: Work closely with other Product Managers responsible for Scheduling, Forecasting, and Payroll to ensure the Working Times solutions integrate flawlessly and provide accurate data upstream and downstream.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work hand-in-hand with engineering, design, data science, operations, HR, and payroll teams to deliver robust and impactful solutions.
- Communicate Effectively: Articulate product value, decisions, and progress to various stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
What will you bring to the team?
We're looking for a passionate and pragmatic Product Manager who is eager to grow and drive impact in a core operational domain.
- 4-6 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, mobile-first products, or logistics and operations environments.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools for product development.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for product decisions.
- Strong experience in writing clear, concise user stories and managing a product backlog.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and other product teams, as well as business stakeholders like HR and Operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and concisely.
- A user-centric mindset with a demonstrated ability to identify user needs and translate them into practical software solutions.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to navigate complex problem spaces and cross-functional dependencies.
- Experience in logistics or on-demand delivery, especially managing the challenges of rolling out features across multiple countries, is a big plus.
