• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Shape and execute the product vision for our analytics and reporting suite, helping marketing and customer care teams turn data into action. Focus on delivering value through actionable insights that align with Facelift's strategy.
• Customer Research: Uncover what really drives decision-making for our users. Run interviews, analyze workflows, and study usage data to ensure our analytics tools solve real problems and deliver real value.
• Data-Driven Experience Design: Work closely with engineering, UX, and data science to create intuitive dashboards, benchmarks, automated reports, and smart visualizations that make insights clear and actionable.
• AI-Augmented Insights: Explore how AI, ML, and LLMs can support users with predictive analytics, automated summaries, and anomaly detection-focusing on simplicity and impact over complexity.
• Pattern Detection & Data Curiosity: Collaborate with your team to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities hidden in the data. Your curiosity drives you to dig deeper and help customers do the same.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Align engineering, design, sales, and customer success around clear product goals, KPIs, and a shared vision of what meaningful analytics look like.
• Market & Competitive Intelligence: Stay on top of analytics trends, martech best practices, and new AI capabilities to keep our solutions one step ahead.

That makes you a perfect fit for us:

• In-depth Experience in Product Management: You bring a proven track record with at least 6 years in product management, ideally within SaaS or marketing technology environments. You have led cross-functional teams, owned product roadmaps, and shipped successful products at scale.
• Naturally Curious About Data: You love digging into data, spotting patterns, and working with your team to uncover the stories numbers can tell.
• Customer-Focused: You know how to translate customer needs into features that drive adoption, satisfaction, and business impact.
