Description
Your missionAs a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with a cross functional team to develop and evolve our social network, nebenan.de.
- Take end to end ownership of a product area, from problem discovery to solution delivery and impact measurement.
- Define, drive and continuously refine an outcome oriented data-driven product roadmap aligned with company OKRs.
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to deeply understand customer needs and translate them into clear product opportunities.
- Make data driven decisions by defining success metrics, evaluating impact and iterating based on learnings.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities while maintaining our user-centric approach.
- Act as a strong product leader within the team by fostering experimentation, clear prioritization and continuous improvement.
Your profile
- A degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in product management with responsibility for complex product areas.
- Experience in user-centered design and agile methodologies, with a focus on balancing business goals and user satisfaction.
- High analytical skills and confidence working with data to inform decisions and measure success.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a knack for aligning diverse teams around shared goals.
- Passionate about creating meaningful connections in urban communities while driving sustainable business growth.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment with a hands on and ownership driven attitude.
