• Support leadership on strategic and operational initiatives

About the customer:

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead strategic projects and business development initiatives across international markets. This role focuses on driving go-to-market execution and supporting the transformation of operating models within a complex, cross-functional environment.

You will work closely with regional and global stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions, ensuring alignment between strategy, operations, and execution while delivering measurable business impact.

Role Overview

• Lead Go-to-Market and operating model transformation projects in new markets
• Define and implement Target Operating Models
• Drive cross-functional execution across global and regional stakeholders
• Oversee contract lifecycle management (RFP, vendor selection, contracting, renewal)
• Act as project lead for strategic commercial initiatives
• Ensure alignment across Finance, Legal, Regulatory, Supply, and Commercial teams

Requirements:

• 15+ years in international project management / transformation roles
• Strong experience in operating model & organizational transformation
• Proven stakeholder management (senior/global level)
• Experience with Go-to-Market / commercial operations
• Knowledge of contract lifecycle (RFP, vendor management)
• Ability to work in complex, ambiguous environments
• Strong analytical, structured, and hands-on mindset
• Pharma / healthcare background is a strong plus
• Fluent English (German or Spanish is a plus)
• Degree required, PMP / Prince2 preferred
