Description
The Private Bank Creative Services team supports both global and regional marketing priorities, delivering on-brand, elevated design across all client-facing marketing segments. Our main stakeholders are the global events, insights and product marketing, sponsorships, and marketing amplification teams. Our in-house, agency-style creative team supports over 1,000 projects and creative pieces each year.As a Senior Creative Designer Vice President within the Private Bank, you will lead impactful visual storytelling and brand consistency across global and regional marketing initiatives, leveraging the latest in design technology-including AI-powered tools-to elevate our brand and client experience. Special focus will be placed on a seasoned designer who can build holistic campaigns backed by compelling concepts and storyboards. A passion for developing and evolving brand design systems is a must.
Job responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design execution for marketing campaigns, product experiences, events, thought leadership, and presentations.
- Conceptualize, design, and develop data visualization systems for the brand and its sub-brands.
- Deliver design craft with business impact, ensuring quality and consistency in all deliverables.
- Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams-including researchers, designers, technologists, and business experts-to create customer-centric products and services.
- Integrate AI-driven design tools to streamline workflows, generate creative concepts, and optimize asset production.
- Create and deliver high-quality design assets: concepts, prototypes, user journeys, wireframes, and email journeys.
- Present and communicate design work and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
- Manage stakeholders, proactively resolve issues affecting design quality, and identify new opportunities for innovation.
- Mentor and support designers, fostering best practices and methodologies.
- Champion a collaborative, customer-focused design culture.
Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:
- BFA/BA in Graphic Design, UX/UI, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years in hands-on product and brand design roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered solutions and business impact.
- Strong conceptual, layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience in developing brand systems.
- Ability to synthesize complex needs and communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating across large, matrixed organizations.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities & skills:
- Financial services or highly regulated industry experience
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; fluency in Figma and PowerPoint; experience with AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, DALL-E, Midjourney, or similar).
- Invested in team success and continuous learning, especially in AI and emerging design technologies.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
- Adaptable to shifting priorities and briefs.
- Optimistic, accountable, and collaborative.
