Description
1. Client Servicing Support- Conduct AML/Due Diligence checks for new customers and during periodic/ trigger review.
- Co-ordinate with BU & Backoffice to support account opening and related onboarding activities.
- Manage account documentation & static data updates, ensuring customer records are accurate and complete.
- Monitor customer status & form validity (For eg AI, W8BEN) and track required updates
- Review alerts and STR notification to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the onboarding of new equity products by coordinating with Business Units, Back Office, and relevant stakeholders to ensure product readiness as part of the NPA process. This includes participation in UAT testing activities before products go live in trading systems.
- Maintain product master data and system setup to ensure accurate trading, settlement, and reporting processes.
- Monitor and track client documentation to ensure completeness for product requirements and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support BMS-related processes, such as Third-Party Risk Profiling, contract lodgement, and preparation for audit or regulatory requests, Broker review.
- Participate in UATs, LVs, and BCP exercises to ensure operational readiness.
- Assist in report generation and perform Access System Reviews.
- Ad hoc projects assigned by Team Lead
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry
- Strong understanding of processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- High attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
