We are seeking a Cybersecurity Project Coordinator to work with product, engineering, and security teams to ensure cybersecurity testing and security activities are well-planned, well-communicated, and executed on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage cybersecurity testing activities across multiple product and engineering teams
• Act as a central point of contact to ensure clear communication, scheduling, and follow-ups for security initiatives
• Track progress of security activities and ensure teams are prepared for upcoming testing and assessments
• Provide timely and accurate reporting on project status, risks, and cybersecurity readiness

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in an IT or cybersecurity-related role, such as penetration testing, SOC, or security operations
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of communication and coordination across teams
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in structured, process-driven environments (Agile/Scrum experience is a plus)

NOTE

• Applicants MUST be currently residing in Japan.
• Business-level fluency or above in English. Japanese is a plus.
