Salary: £24,570 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £33,000+)

About the Role: Sales Support Executive
This role is all about engaging with customers no cold calling, just meaningful conversations with people who have already shown interest in our services.
Inbound Calls:
• Answer incoming customer enquiries
• Understand their needs and direct them to the correct team
• Provide friendly, professional service and set expectations clearly
Outbound Calls (Where You Earn Commission!):
• Contact customers who have already submitted an enquiry
• Introduce our comparison service
• Objection handle and transfer interested customers to our Sales advisers
• Earn £20-£50 per successful sale from your transfer

Working Hours:
You'll work on a 6-week rotating shift pattern, including a mix of shifts. Our opening hours are 8:00am to 8:00pm, Monday to Friday, and shifts include 1 in 6 Saturdays 9am-1pm
