About You and The Role:
As a Sales Support Analyst you will provide support and will work closely with our sales team to ensure accurate data and report on sales information. You will provide administrative support to our sales team and be responsible for updating and maintaining all systems and processes.
A Day in The Life:
• Enter new sales orders and/or purchase orders into the SAP system immediately after receiving receipt from customers; act as key liaison for Sales Directors to process incoming orders via mail, telephone, e-mail and online ordering.
• Perform expedient review for quality and completion to ensure that purchase orders, product requirements and price are accurate.
• Track status of purchase orders (PO's) and prioritize staging/shipping against open orders and customer demand.
• Provide 6-month forecasts for the product needed by account with input from each Sales Director and internal stakeholders and users.
• Act as liaison to Accounting, Field Service, Operations and Engineering related to new order and purchase order administration and ensure product requirements and prices are accurate.
• Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Stay up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Manage projects, developing project plans, and monitor performance.
• Monitor deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Create standard build sheets for Production and Quality Assurance
• Work with Supply Chain Management to ensure product remains on schedule
Create MTFs for all lab/certification units.
• Attend sales calls as needed
• Other tasks and/or duties assigned
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or management, equivalent degree discipline or equivalent experience
• Three years of experience in related duties and responsibilities in sales/purchase order processing
• Operational knowledge of SAP for order processing
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Must be process driven, analytically sound, motivated and possess strong technical knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels within the organization
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction (internal and external)
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• QuickBase experience is preferred
• Bi-lingual Korean and English preferred
