Sales Representative

Job Description:
Dee Printing, Inc. is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our
advertising and print solutions business. This role focuses on developing new relationships
with small to mid-sized businesses while maintaining and expanding partnerships with
existing clients and churches across your assigned territory.

Responsibilities:
Prospect, generate, and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients to drive repeat
business.
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with business owners and decisionmakers.
Manage a sales pipeline and follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner.
Represent Dee Printing, Inc. within the local community and business networks.

Qualifications
Strong work ethic with a coachable and positive attitude.
Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight trips.
Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone, and email).
Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, email, Microsoft Office, etc.).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, relationship-driven sales environment.
Valid driver's license and comfortable working in a Catholic Church

Compensation & Benefits
Commission + Salary based structure with strong earning potential.
Expected earnings: $50,000 - $85,000+ annually (based on performance).
