POSITION SUMMARY
Prepares and manages price quotes by analyzing customer needs, company costs, and market trends to provide accurate and competitive pricing to clients. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and collaboration with the sales reps.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
Quoting Process & Support:
- Handles quote requests, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner
- Knowledgeable of the internal operation system and uses the tools available to create quotes
- Develops procedures for tracking quote approval
- Assist Outside Sales Representatives when needed with new, used, and allied quote processes by researching items and contacting vendors for pricing
- Work with internal departments (i.e. leasing, service contracts, etc.) as needed to gather pricing information for Outside Sales Reps to add customer quotes
- Work with service department to gather supplied by dealer (SBD) pricing for equipment installation quotes, as needed
- Coordinate and work cross functionally to resolve issues with sales transactions
- Write up reports of sales for allied quotes that convert to orders
- Set-up new customers in CRM/SRA.
- Modify existing equipment, allied quotes, and customers as needed
Sales Support:
- Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly quotas
- Understand qualifying customer needs and requirements
- Handle all walk-in customers
- Assists with all sales meetings and events
- Work with Sales Reps to keep MLA monthly quotes up-to-date
- Assist with credit applications
- Follow up on equipment orders to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: 2 years of administrative experience preferred; Extensive knowledge of equipment repair procedures and techniques
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge and abilities of Microsoft Office products and knowledge of service software relating to quoting, scheduling, and invoicing. Google Apps and Gmail.
