Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies aligned to regional revenue targets
• Identify, qualify, and convert high-value prospects into long-term clients
• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from pipeline creation through to contract execution
• Lead complex commercial negotiations with senior decision-makers
• Build strong executive-level relationships within target accounts
• Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline discipline
• Collaborate with internal solution and delivery teams to structure compelling proposals
• Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to regional leadership

About You

• Proven track record selling fintech, banking technology, or enterprise software solutions
• Experience selling into banks, non-bank lenders, or fintech firms
• Strong hunter mindset with demonstrated new logo wins
• Confident engaging C-level executives and navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Experience across lending platforms, transactional banking, or BFSI ecosystems highly regarded
• Commercially astute, driven, and comfortable working autonomously
