Your new role

• Lead and manage a client-facing team to achieve retail sales targets, including new accounts and trading revenue
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive productivity and efficiency across operations
• Monitor team performance and provide actionable insights to enhance commercial outcomes
• Support new team members and contribute to cross-departmental projects

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of front-line team experience, including at least 1 year in a sales-focused role
• Deep understanding of the Japanese OTC market, client behaviour, and regulatory landscape
• Fluency in English and Japanese
• Ability to manage processes and respond effectively to compliance risks
