We're hiring a driven sales professional to lead capital‑raising for U.S. residential real estate private credit strategies . If you thrive in investor-facing roles and excel in building pipelines across private banks, IFAs, family offices, and asset managers-this is for you.
What You'll Do

1. Drive fundraising and manage a strong investor pipeline
2. Lead meetings, presentations, and due diligence discussions
3. Manage the full investor journey-from prospecting to onboarding
4. Maintain post‑investment relationships and support reporting
5. Collaborate across global teams in Asia and the U.S.
6. Represent the firm at industry events and forums

What We're Looking For

1. 6-10+ years in fund distribution, institutional sales, or capital raising
2. Experience across private credit, private markets, or real estate credit preferred
3. Strong understanding of fund structures, onboarding, and KYC
4. Excellent communication, high integrity, and a client‑first mindset
5. Comfortable managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
6. Willingness to travel and strong CRM discipline
