A significant proportion of its strategies ranktop-quartile over 3, 5 and 10 years , supported by a disciplined, high-conviction investment approach and strong client demand.

The firm managesc.$30bn+ in assets , with continued net inflows driven by performance and differentiated positioning - at a time when much of the industry is facing pressure from performance challenges, fee compression and consolidation.

This is anewly created, high-impact role focused on leading and expanding the firm's presence acrossFrench-speaking Switzerland , with a particular focus onGeneva-based private banks and wealth managers .

The Role

1. Lead and execute thedistribution strategy across French-speaking Switzerland
2. Take full ownership ofrevenue generation and market growth
3. Build long-term relationships withprivate banks, wealth managers, family offices and multi-managers
4. Drive new business while deepening existing client partnerships
5. Represent the firm'sactive investment capabilities with credibility and conviction
6. Provide local market insight and contribute to broadercommercial strategy

Profile

1. 10-15 years' experience inasset management distribution / sales
2. Proven track record ofrevenue generation in French-speaking Switzerland
3. Strong network acrossprivate banks and wealth management clients in Geneva
4. Good understanding ofactive investment strategies
5. Entrepreneurial, commercial and relationship-driven
6. FluentFrench & English
