Description
OverviewGolf Pro Payments is a fast-growing payments technology company built specifically for golf courses, country clubs, and golf-related businesses. We help facilities streamline operations, increase revenue, and modernize the way they process payments through innovative, purpose-built solutions.
We are seeking a motivated, competitive, and coachable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our in-office team. This role is responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities for our Account Executive team by prospecting, cold calling, emailing, and engaging golf industry decision-makers.
Experience Required
- 1-3 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting strongly preferred
- CRM experience
- Background in golf industry, SaaS, or payments is helpful but not required
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, and video)
Essential Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Schedule product demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
- Research and identify key decision-makers at golf facilities
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to improve messaging and campaigns
