Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs with confidence and enthusiasm
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer interest and upselling opportunities
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling, credit card processing, and receipts
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor
• Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented through effective merchandising and stocking practices
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and participating in regular stock counts
• Support the instructors when needed, helping to maintain a smooth daily operation

Skills

• Proven experience with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math to ensure accurate transactions
• Ability to perform product demos confidently while highlighting key features to promote sales and upselling opportunities
• Excellent phone etiquette for engaging with customers over the phone or in person professionally
• Knowledge of merchandising techniques to create attractive displays that boost sales
• Basic math skills for handling cash registers accurately and managing inventory counts
