Sales, Account Manager, Cardiovascular Ultrasound (Northern FL)
As a Sales, Account Manager - CV Ultrasound, you will develop and drive credible and productive long-term relations with customers by understanding their business needs and providing tailored value propositions, being the orchestrator of the relationships with all of the accounts within the territory.
We are seeking candidates located in Jacksonville and/or Tallahassee, but the territory will cover parts of AL and GA.
Your role:
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with the customer at all levels in the buying organization and Philips team.
- Understanding customer requirements and providing solutions in a consultative way while meeting their needs.
- Developing and owning strategies for customers within assigned territory that will achieve business growth targets.
- Negotiating solutions and closing deals by reaching agreements with mutual satisfaction to Customers and Philips.
- Once an order is closed, continuing communication with the customer to ensure high customer satisfaction while addressing any concerns.
- Ensuring order processing, architectural service, construction, and shipment schedules to equipment installation are orderly and timely by communicating with logistics and project managers.
You're the right fit if:
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or equivalent education/experience.
- You've acquired 2+ years of experience selling medical devices in a hospital setting. Direct or exposure to selling capital highly preferred.
- Your skills include developing strong relationships, strong closing skills, excellent prospecting skills, solution selling and demonstrated ability to develop strategies to convert competitive accounts.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
- You are an excellent communicator with a drive for success.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
This is a field role. Travel including overnights is expected.

Philips Transparency Details
Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $160,000 to $200,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here .
