The Research & Knowledge Services (RKS) Coordinator works closely with the Marketing & Business Development's team of research professionals to provide a high level of support for the firm's legal and business research initiatives. This role utilizes internal and external information sources to track new opportunities, organize and maintain data in team databases, and collaborate with team members to provide business generation research support for individual consultants, practice groups, and the firm. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, shows thoughtfulness and creativity in finding and synthesizing information, and is effective at both self-directed work and collaborative efforts.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Manages the client litigation alert process. Responsible for all aspects of this monthly process of generating, annotating and sharing reports, and all related vendor, consultant and RKS team communication. Work with the RKS team to add participants, audit participant lists and recommend and implement improvements to the process.
 - Supports business generation tracking, including updating court dockets, identifying case details, notifying consultants and entering and maintaining records in our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
 - Under the guidance of RKS colleagues, conduct business-generation research relating to attorneys, litigation case lists, and court documents using internal and external tools and resources.
 - Assists with data population, report generation from and maintenance of team databases, including the SharePoint site and business generation records in the CRM.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
 - Minimum of one year of professional experience.
 - An ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of substantive relevant experience. Prior business or legal research experience is a plus.
 - Interest in legal issues and in the current litigation environment is preferred.
 - Experience with Lexis, Westlaw, Bloomberg Law, Lex Machina and other online legal databases is advantageous.
 - Must be able to organize, plan, and work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize work, meet deadlines, and be flexible in response to shifting demands.
 - Strong verbal and written communications skills.
 - Accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability are critical.
 - Must have solid analytical and critical reasoning skills.
 - Experience with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint) is required.
 - Familiarity with additional tools such as Generative AI tools, project management/tracking software, CRM systems, and other databases is a plus.

Analysis Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000$75,000. Compensation offered will be based on a number of factors including work experience, education, and skill level.
