Regional Licensing Coordinator
PRIMARY PURPOSE: To assist in processing and maintaining Independent Adjuster and/or Clinical licenses for individual colleagues of company.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administers the licensing process for assigned licenses.
- Assists with obtaining specific individual licenses for new program implementation.
- Assists in maintaining a database containing the status of licenses made available via the Internet and further compliance tracking and reporting.
- Assists in developing and maintaining a library of resource documents, including copies of current regulations governing licensing, individual specific licensing applications and related materials.
- Assists operations managers with obtaining local business licenses.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Supports the organization's quality program(s).
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience
Two (2) years of administrative support experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Adjuster or Clinical license experience preferred.
Skills & Knowledge
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment of the claims management industry.
- Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
