Description
We offer an exciting opportunity to advance your analytics career by shaping impactful reporting solutions for our business.As a Quant Analytics Associate Senior in the Marketing Growth & Innovation Monitoring & Solutions team, you will build automated reports and dashboards that support business outcomes and control
objectives. You will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze processes, source data, and deliver solutions that align with regulatory and strategic requirements.
Job responsibilities
- Understand business processes and gather reporting requirements
- Review and prioritize requests for new or enhanced reports
- Research, evaluate, and recommend technical solutions
- Develop automated reports and Tableau dashboards
- Aggregate and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Identify data relationships and define criteria for non-compliant accounts
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align accounts with requirements
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Four years of report development experience
- Experience in data analytics utilizing advanced SQL on enterprise database platforms such as Teradata, Snowflake, or Oracle
- Experience with SAS Viya for report automation
- Experience with Tableau and Alteryx for dashboard development and process automation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio for data analysis and documentation
- Ability to maintain a strong controls environment for a stable, secure reporting platform
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Proficient in ETL tools such as Alteryx and BI reporting tools such as Tableau
- Strong collaborator across all organizational levels
- Ability to independently tackle complex tasks and meet timelines
- Effective communicator of development progress in writing and verbally
