- QA Coordinator

Summary
The QA Coordinator will be responsible for validating requirements, ensuring defect-free client delivery of PDRI platform configurations, facilitating acceptance testing, and executing test cases for Federal and Commercial clients. This role will also include creating repeatable processes and documentation for implementation across all PDRI projects.
This position will work closely with the Project Analyst Team to identify and remedy system and software defects. This role requires a professional who possesses a keen eye for detail, a passion for learning and growth, enjoys challenges, thinks creatively to improve processes, and maintains strong curiosity and attention to detail. This role requires working efficiently and collaboratively to ensure the quality assurance of project requirements, which include various configurations and deliverables, using PDRI's Palladium platform.
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure quality in all customer deliverables.
- Define and prioritize all aspects of testing over the project lifecycle.
- Define organizational testing roadmaps and best practices.
- Create, review and execute test plans based on product specifications, and organizational feedback.
- Lead meetings or conversations to present QA findings to both internal and external teams, including direct calls with clients.
- Ensure integrity, validity, and testability of all product specifications.
- Identify and document defects and issues associated various Palladium configurations.
- Must be able to work in a team and independently, demonstrate effective verbal and written communication, learn quickly, solve problems and be professional.
- Work with various business units to ensure testing matches our users' needs.
- Show a strong willingness to learn new tools, processes, and technologies as part of ongoing growth.
- Research and apply new processes to improve efficiency and accuracy of current QA procedures.
- Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple projects, ensuring project requirements, timelines, and quality metrics are met, while tracking progress and providing timely reports.
- The role may facilitate user training for clients during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, including providing guidance on system functionality, collecting feedback, and assisting with issue resolution.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- US Citizenship required.
- At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance.
- At least 3 years of experience implementing and executing test cases.
- At least 3 years of experience documenting test results, filling out defect reports, and working with development teams to resolve defects.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to coordinate QA processes on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and self driven approach to learning.
- High degree of competency in Microsoft applications: Teams, Excel, Outlook, Word etc.
- Experience with JIRA (or similar product), JSON, HTML, XPath, Selenium, Python, and automated testing is not required, but is preferred.
