Description
The Integrated Airborne Solutions (IAS) Division at Leidos is seeking a Property Coordinator to support a diverse portfolio of airborne intelligence programs across multiple CONUS and OCONUS locations. Our team leads the integration, sustainment, and operations of several mission-critical aerial intelligence platforms. This role offers the opportunity to apply your analytical, organizational, and technical skills to a high-visibility mission that directly supports national security.What You’ll Do
You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, accountability, and compliance of property records across the IAS Division. Working closely with the Property Manager, you will help maintain the integrity of our property management systems and support program teams with timely, reliable data.
Key responsibilities include:
- Enter newly procured or transferred property into SPROCKET and LMMIS with complete, accurate, and audit-ready documentation.
- Develop and refine reports using database exports, Excel analysis, and data manipulation to identify trends and anomalies.
- Administer SPROCKET and LMMIS to maintain compliant, up-to-date property records.
- Update and edit standard operating procedures, program directives, and other written materials.
- Support onsite and offsite inventories, comparing physical counts to system records to identify discrepancies, losses, or found assets.
- Assist with subcontractor oversight, including quarterly inventories and reporting requirements.
- Prepare and review forms, documentation, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
- Apply intermediate to advanced Excel skills-including pivot tables, formulas, and custom formatting-to support inventory control and data visualization.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, advanced formatting).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $45,500.00 - $82,250.00
