Project Coordinator / Intern to support project planning, execution, and monitoring activities. This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, analytical, and eager to gain hands-on experience in project management.

The Project Coordinator / Intern will assist in tracking project progress, analyzing data, monitoring costs, and identifying risks and issues to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Project Tracking
  
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Maintain and update project trackers and dashboards
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date

• Data Analysis
  
  • Collect and analyze project-related data
  • Generate reports and insights for stakeholders
  • Identify trends and areas for improvement

• Cost Tracking
  
  • Track project expenses against budget
  • Support budget forecasting and variance analysis
  • Assist in preparing financial summaries

• Risk & Issue Identification
  
  • Proactively identify project risks and potential issues
  • Maintain risk and issue logs
  • Support mitigation planning and follow-up actions

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree (or currently pursuing) in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Project Management, Finance, or related field

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, basic formulas, charts)

• Strong communication and reporting skills

• Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
