• Project Support & Scoping: Assists in drafting specific sections of project scoping documents (e.g., list of deliverables or basic timelines) under heavy guidance. Helps document current processes to be used as a baseline for new workflow.
• Workflows: Follows established team workflows precisely. Flags when a step in the workflow is unclear or broken but requires a manager to provide the solution.
• Bedbank Reshopping: Performs daily reshopping checks against a fixed list of bookings. Focuses on data accuracy and following the "if/then" logic provided by the manager.
• Guidance Level: Works under supervision. Tasks are assigned with clear instructions; check-ins occur daily or at every milestone.
• Negotiation & Margin: Takes ownership of the reshopping margin targets. Beyond basic checks, they identify patterns in partner behavior and negotiate better terms for bookings.

• Inboxes: Monitors and actions shared inboxes, responding to standard queries using approved templates.
• Quality Checks: Performs QC on bookings by strictly following a pre-set checklist. Identifies and flags immediate errors for correction.
