Role Summary:

We are looking for a Project Manager with 4-5 years of hands-on experience in consulting, digital transformation, and customer experience delivery. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing CXKSA's client engagements, ensuring seamless delivery of initiatives across various industries including government, telecom, energy, and retail.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery & Execution:

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of customer experience projects, ensuring delivery within time, scope, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations using modern PM tools.
• Ensure alignment of deliverables with client expectations, CX best practices, and strategic goals.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the main point of contact for CXKSA clients, managing relationships, expectations, and communication.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and regular status updates with stakeholders.
• Translate client pain points into actionable project requirements and measurable outcomes.

CX Strategy & Technology Enablement:

• Collaborate with strategy consultants, CX designers, and technology partners to deliver integrated CX solutions.
• Manage the deployment of CX platforms such as VoC systems, CRM enhancements, journey orchestration tools, and analytics dashboards.
• Support the implementation of CX governance models, metrics frameworks, and training programs.

Quality, Risk & Performance Management:

• Monitor project risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure that project outputs meet CXKSA's quality standards and contribute to client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Track KPIs and prepare reports on project performance and impact.

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 4-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in consulting, CX, or digital transformation.
• Familiarity with CX disciplines including customer journey mapping, NPS/CSAT/CES measurement, service design, and persona development.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management tools like JIRA, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
• Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) is a plus.
• Experience working with the government or large enterprises in Saudi Arabia is highly desirable.
• Bilingual (Arabic and English) preferred.
