Sales & R&D Coordinator

Full Time \u007C Mon-Thu, 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. EST Some Fridays may be required Remote - Medellín, Colombia

A fast-growing company in the dietary supplement industry is looking for a Sales & R&D Coordinator to support sales operations, product development processes, and cross-department communication. If you're highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in dynamic environments, this opportunity is for you!

What You'll Do

Sales & Order Coordination Prepare and enter sales orders and quotes Keep customer records updated in a CRM/ERP system (Odoo is a plus) Track production timelines, shipments, and deliveries Communicate order updates to customers clearly and professionally

R&D & Manufacturing Support

Coordinate between Sales and R&D on new product development Complete and close Manufacturing Orders after QA approval Maintain organized documentation for R&D and customer projects

Data, Reporting & Documentation

Reconcile quantities, shipments, and invoices Keep documentation accurate and accessible

Cross-Functional Coordination

Serve as the communication bridge between Sales, R&D, Production, QA, and Finance Support smooth workflow management across all departments

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, administration, or related areas

• English level: C1+/C2 (Required)

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate across teams

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Odoo preferred; training available)

• Proficiency in Excel or similar tools

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or R&D environments

• Customer-facing support or workflow management background
