Description
As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of client accounts and ensuring the successful execution of our sales programs. You will work closely with Account Managers and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services, exceed client expectations, and contribute to the overall success of adm-Indicia.
Key Responsibilities
- Help build and maintain great relationships with clients by learning about their needs and goals.
- Support the account team in researching and sharing new retail and consumer trends.
- Respond to client questions and feedback with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets that match client objectives.
- Work closely with teams across Creative, Buying, Logistics, and Order Management to keep projects on track.
- Help monitor progress and flag any issues early so they can be resolved quickly.
- Act as a link between clients and internal teams, ensuring everyone has the information they need.
- Help collect project details and turn them into clear, useful briefs.
- Review creative work and samples with senior team members to make sure they meet client expectations.
- Support the account management team with day-to-day tasks like product development, preparing quotes, and tracking shipments.
- Contribute to sustainability projects that aim to reduce emissions, water use, and waste.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor's degree, or high school degree with 2+ years of full-time work experience
- Procurement outsourcing / brand / promotions experience a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and follow through
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Exceptional detail-oriented skills; proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude and an appetite to learn
- Organised, with the ability to exercise independent judgement, problem solve and prioritize
