We are seeking an exceptional Product Marketing Manager to join Dukosi's Strategic Marketing team, reporting directly to the VP of Strategic Marketing.
From capturing emerging market requirements and building compelling business cases, to architecting go-to-market strategies that drive revenue and market share, this high-impact role spans the full product lifecycle of Dukosi's Cell Monitoring System (DKCMSTM). You will be the strategic bridge between our technology innovation and commercial success.

Define, launch, and scale, competitively differentiated products that exceed our customers' high expectations and accelerate Dukosi's growth trajectory in the rapidly evolving EV and energy storage battery management markets.

KEY RESPONIBILITIES
- End-to-end product lifecycle management: from proof-of-concept and product definition through to market positioning, value proposition, business case, and go-to-market strategy.
- Definition and maintenance of competitive product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends in collaboration with the Strategic Marketing team and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct market and technology analysis, understanding customer pain points and emerging trends in system architectures and relevant technologies, and applying these insights across the product lifecycle.
- Monitor macroeconomic and competitive trends to ensure Dukosi remains ahead of the market and delivers the right products at the right time.
- Engage with customers, in coordination with Business Development and Field Application Engineering, to communicate product strategy and roadmap, capture customer insights, and validate product requirements.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships to integrate complementary IP and enhance the overall DKCMS value proposition.
- Support the creation of high-quality collateral, training materials, and launch plans that clearly articulate product value both internally and externally.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electronics Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
- 5+ years' experience in the semiconductor industry, with a strong track record in product marketing of complex mixed-signal or system-on-chip ICs.
- Experience defining products for the automotive industry.
- In depth knowledge of automotive EV architectures, battery technologies, and Battery Management Systems (BMS) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A high-energy, collaborative team player with a self-starter mindset and a can-do attitude.
