About the Role

Are you a strategic and innovative payment product leader with a passion to build a world class digital payment experience?

We are seeking a Product Manager to define and lead Riyadh Air's payments strategy and platform evolution. In this role, you'll shape end to end payments vision, guide the transition from third party systems to a scalable in house orchestration platform, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, secure, and high performing customer payment journeys across all touchpoints.

Yours will be a role to drive platform enhancements by analysing current performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and defining future-state capabilities including routing intelligence, tokenization, fraud integrations, reconciliation, and operational readiness standards.

You will also evaluate PSPs, acquirers, and emerging payment methods to ensure global coverage and exceptional service availability, while ensuring the platform meets rigorous reliability, security, and compliance requirements.

About You

Degree qualified, you will have a minimum of seven years of product management experience focused on payments platforms, checkout systems, or large-scale digital commerce environments.

You'll bring hands-on experience with payment orchestration, multi-PSP architectures, and API-driven systems, along with a strong track record of partnering with engineering teams to deliver platform-level capabilities.

Importantly, you should have strong analytical instincts and the ability to translate commercial, operational, and technical requirements into a clear product roadmap.

We'd love to hear from you even more if you have experience in airline, travel, fintech, or high-volume e-commerce environments, and exposure to transitioning from vendor-based systems to in-house solutions is highly desirable.
