Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for the product's management and ongoing development
• Analyze, capture, and prioritize market and customer requirements
• Translate requirements into clear product concepts and actionable specifications
• Collaborate on defining and further developing the product strategy and roadmap
• Act as a central interface between customers, development, sales, and other departments
• Support the sales team in pre-sales activities, e.g., product presentations, demos, and proposal phases
• Ensure structured and consistent communication about the product with customers and internal teams

Profile:

• Completed degree or vocational training, ideally related to business, IT, or a similar field
• Initial practical experience in product management, e.g., as Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a product-related role
• Basic understanding of software or digital products, ideally in a SaaS environment
• Interest in customer requirements, markets, and product contexts
• Structured, reliable, and self-responsible working style
• Willingness to take on responsibility and develop professionally
• Strong communication skills in collaboration with customers and internal teams
• Initial experience in requirements management and prioritization of tasks
• Very good knowledge of German and English
