About the Role
Are you a data driven digital product leader passionate about shaping world class analytics foundations and empowering product teams with actionable insights?
We are seeking a Product Manager focused specialized in MarTech to lead our digital measurement and analytics capabilities.
In this role, you will define how we track, measure, and understand customer behaviour across our digital products, ensuring our teams can make clear, data driven decisions.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining our analytics frameworks, standardizing KPIs across key journeys such as booking, manage order, loyalty, and ancillaries.
Importantly, you will also create dashboards and reports that help product teams and leaders quickly understand performance and improvement opportunities.
A key part of this role is ensuring accurate tagging, event tracking, and data quality. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and MarTech teams to embed measurement requirements into development, support A/B testing, and resolve tracking issues when they arise.

About You
Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 8 years of experience in product analytics, digital analytics, or data-driven product roles, with strong hands-on experience in GTM, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
You are expected to be comfortable defining KPIs, designing measurement frameworks, and translating product requirements into clear tracking specifications. Having strong analytical skills, experience with SQL, and familiarity with dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) are essential.
We'd love to hear from you even more if you have experience working with mobile analytics, A/B testing, and experimentation platforms is a strong advantage. Previous exposure to airline, travel, or large e-commerce environments, especially booking funnels or loyalty journeys is preferred.
Your ability to collaborate, communicate clearly, manage multiple stakeholders, and maintain high data accuracy will be key to succeeding in this role.
