Product Manager (f/m/x) Haematology (smear workflow & digital imaging)

Your responsibilities
- Taking responsibility for products related to smear workflow and digital imaging solutions for blood cell differentials
- Managing and enhancing throughout their whole product lifecycle: the respective portfolio (device-related test processes, release management and documentation for internal and external partners) as well as the corresponding software solutions (software-related test processes)
- Providing application support and service request handling for our affiliates and distributors in the EMEA region, product-related communication with our Japanese headquarter and 3rd party suppliers as well as creating product documentation for internal and external use
- Practical product testing in our laboratory including application and documentation work
- Designing and supporting the implementation of evaluation protocols at customer sites and monitoring the results in terms of added values
- Collaborating closely with other departments such as marketing, technical product management, supply chain management and regulatory affairs
- Developing and conducting product trainings

Your profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management preferably in the healthcare sector
- Academic degree in biology, biotechnology, chemistry, biochemistry, or biomedicine and/or laboratory education with practical experience in human blood cell morphology in a laboratory environment
- Strong interest in blood cell morphology, staining, and blood cell differentiation is essential
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented work style
- Effective collaboration abilities when working within an international team
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills in English
- Enthusiasm for technical inquiries
