Position responsibilities

1. Broad understanding of the solutions business in the Indonesia CCTV industry, video surveillance industry. Good understanding of camera and video storage and etc. 2. Responsible for Huawei enterprise security products (including IVS and cameras) pre-sales support and network solution. 3. Require to provide high level security solution/design to local office/channel partner/key account customers. 4. Require to work as a team with either regional/HQ or local team. 5. Require to work under minimum supervision to complete tasks assigned. 6. Require to provide BoQ and high quality technical proposal. 7. Require to be able to present technical solution professionally.

Position Requirements

1. Bachelor and above with ICT related majors (Major in Electrical & Electronic, Telecommunication, Computer Science, etc.) 2. Have experience working in video surveillance industries for 5 years and above 3. Working in partners selling video surveillance product is a plus. 4. Knowledge of the security industry environment, strategic partners for solutions, industry and business trends to be able to build solutions is an advantage 5. Expertise in the design, implementation and support of complex security solutions, including HIKVISION or other branded products 6. In-depth knowledge of CCTV hardware (cameras, NVRs, encoders, etc.) and video management software (VMS). 7. Familiarity with video compression standards (H.264, H.265), network protocols (RTSP, ONVIF), and AI-based video analytics (e.g., facial recognition, behavior analysis, etc.) 8. Able to interact with customers and company's mid- and senior-level executives across geographies and cultures. 9. Team player with strong communication, interpersonal skills and project management skill. Self-motivated, result-oriented and highly independent. 10. Strong communication and presentation skills. Good command of presentation and communication skills is an added advantage.
