In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and data science groups to drive the strategy, development, and optimization of machine learning-powered products that enhance the digital workplace experience. You will leverage data-driven insights, user research, and market analysis to shape product roadmaps and deliver solutions that improve productivity, engagement, and operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Collaborate with senior product managers and leadership to define and maintain the product roadmap for ML-driven digital experience and digital workplace solutions.
- Translate business objectives and user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize features and enhancements using data-driven frameworks, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and user impact.
Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze product performance metrics, user behavior, and telemetry data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, adoption rates, and overall product health.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product positioning and feature development.
Machine Learning & AI Product Support
- Partner with data science and ML engineering teams to define model requirements, success metrics, and deployment strategies.
- Monitor ML model performance and user feedback to recommend iterative improvements and new use cases.
- Stay current on emerging trends in AI/ML, digital workplace technologies, and employee experience platforms.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and end users to ensure alignment on product goals and priorities.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, sprint planning, and product reviews with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, status updates, and product performance summaries to leadership.
User Experience & Digital Workplace Optimization
- Advocate for the end-user experience by incorporating user research, feedback loops, and usability testing into the product lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to streamline digital workplace tools, workflows, and processes through automation and intelligent solutions.
- Support change management and adoption strategies for new product launches and feature rollouts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree - Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in product management, product analysis, business analysis, or a related role within a technology-driven environment.
- Demonstrated experience working with data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
- Foundational understanding of machine learning concepts, AI applications, and data pipelines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, Miro.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with digital workplace platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, virtual desktop environments, collaboration tools).
- Familiarity with telemetry and usage analytics for enterprise applications.
- Exposure to NLP, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics product development.
- Experience with federated data access, data governance, or enterprise data platforms.
- Product management certification (e.g., CSPO, Pragmatic Institute, or equivalent).
- Experience in healthcare, enterprise IT, or large-scale organizational environments is a plus.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$79,310.00 - $158,620.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
