As Product Manager (all genders) - IoT Platform, you will own a critical part of our foundation: the cloud- and web-based platform capabilities behind our connected hardware fleet. Your work will sit at the intersection of internal tooling, event-driven platform logic, and operational scalability.
You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, especially System Performance, Customer Success, Technical Implementation, Installations and other Product & Engineering teams.
What to expect
- Ownership: Own a strategic part of our IoT platform end to end - from discovery and prioritization to delivery and continuous improvement
- Strategy: Define and drive the product strategy for operational tooling across configuration, rollout, monitoring, and fleet operations
- User focus: Understand pain points of internal users across Operations teams and translate them into scalable product improvements
- Platform capabilities: Own event-driven services such as parking space occupancy and other device-derived platform capabilities
- Scalability: Ensure platform logic is reliable, observable, and scalable for increasingly complex and business-critical use cases
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering and align across Operations, Product, and leadership to balance technical constraints, user needs, and business priorities

Must-haves
- Product mindset: You have experience owning software, platform, or otherwise technically complex product areas from problem definition to delivery and iteration
- Technical understanding: You are comfortable working with backend, cloud, and systems-related topics and can credibly discuss trade-offs with engineers
- Stakeholder management: You know how to align cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, and leadership
- Analytical thinking: You use data, monitoring insights, and user feedback to make structured product decisions
- Environment: You bring experience from platform, SaaS, infrastructure-adjacent, or similarly complex product environments
- Language: You are fluent in English (C1 or above)
- IoT exposure: You have worked with IoT platforms, connected devices, or hardware-adjacent products
- Operational products: You have experience with internal tooling, operational workflows, or platform services
- Architecture knowledge: You are familiar with event-driven architectures, distributed systems, and technologies such as Kafka and MQTT
- Tool knowledge: You have hands-on experience with tools such as SQL, Metabase, or similar analytics and monitoring tools
- Hardware context: You have exposure to hardware integration or embedded systems concepts
- Language: You have German language skills
