Description
Join a high-performing team at the forefront of the financial markets. As a Vice President in Prime Financial Services - Sales , you will play a key role in originating, pitching, and maintaining relationships with a diverse client base across predominantly institutional but with oversight some Hedge fund clients. You'll collaborate across multiple business lines, asset classes and geographies, delivering the full breadth of JPMorgan Chase's Prime capabilities for new and existing clients.As a Vice President in Prime Financial Services - Sales you will work in a client-facing, fast-paced front office environment. You will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with both existing and prospective clients, matching our cross-asset Prime services to their needs. You will coordinate with teams across Futures & Options, Prime, Equities, and Fixed Income to provide comprehensive client coverage and deliver best-in-class service.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing top-tier clients, while originating new client relationships for the firm.
- Fulfill client requests for Prime Product knowledge, market updates, and market access.
- Coordinate with the business, Credit, Risk, banking and other internal teams to deliver holistic, top-tier service and unearth opportunities..
- Develop and refine presentation and pitch materials, as well as market-related content.
- Assess client segments and individual clients to identify new sales and business opportunities.
- Actively participate in the firm's approach to risk management and regulatory requirements.
- Be a self-starter / self-sufficient and an independent thinker focused on strategy and pulling together sales plans and delivering the full breadth of the firm
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Clearing or Prime Sales or worked within the industry for a markets vendor platform.
- Strong knowledge of trading products, including OTC, FX, Futures, (Cash and Synthetic PB is a good to have but not essential)
- Proven experience building and maintaining relationships at all levels with both external clients and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills.
- Ability to converse in Mandarin to liaise with/ support clients and stakeholders based in China
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience working in a cross-asset, global sales environment.
- Demonstrated ability to originate and close new business opportunities.
