About the Role

Unica College is seeking a Pedagogical Coordinator to support teaching excellence, curriculum development, and instructional quality for our Recording and Sound Design program. This role works collaboratively with faculty, program leaders, and academic support teams to enhance student learning through effective, evidence-based pedagogy.

This position is ideal for an experienced educator or academic professional with a strong interest in curriculum design, assessment, and teaching innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and update course curricula, lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments in alignment with institutional standards and learning outcomes
• Develop and deliver courses, providing direct instruction in classroom, online, or hybrid formats as required
  Develop, coordinate, and maintain the academic calendar
• Serve as a primary point of contact for instructors regarding academic processes, schedules, and teaching expectations
  Contribute to program review, quality assurance, and accreditation processes

Salary: 

55 000,00$ to 70 000,00$ a year

Requirements

Required:

• A.E.C. (Attestation of Collegial Studies) in Recording and Sound Design or an equivalent post-secondary qualification
• Minimum 2 years experience in teaching, curriculum development, or instructional support at the post-secondary level
• Avid Certified Specialist: Pro Tools
• Strong knowledge of audio production, sound design, and related technical tools
• Strong knowledge of pedagogy, curriculum development, and assessment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working successfully in collaborative settings.
