Description
The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting Product and Mill Sales Manager teams on area business grow. Provide business project administration support in the areas of requisitioning, LN ERP Quotation and Order handling, cost tracking, financial tasks, contract management and project documentation. This position will work closely with MSM/PSM improvement project and field Service.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role you will:
- Inquiry and Order Handling
- Handling inquiry, quotation submission and order handling.
- Requisitions/P.O./Cost Tracking:
- Prepare, enter and input project-related requisitions, P.O. Change Orders, bid tabulations and/or bid waivers. Establish, maintain and manage administrative and documentation portions of the project budget and enter project budgets into tracking system such as LN.
- Financial:
- Chart project cash flow, audit invoices and payments to vendors/contractors, work with Capital Finance in project closings and assignment of asset values and asset numbers.
- Prepare and submitted bills and invoice to customer or Bank
- Prepare and follow up BG, and LC/SKBDN letter together with business Finance team.
- Contract Management:
- Prepare bid packages as well as other standard contract forms. Maintain bid and Field Change Order tracking systems as needed. Prepare / revised quotation based on PSM instruction
- Document Management:
- Maintain a complete Project Workspace File of ongoing project documentation files, prepare and maintain technical specifications on equipment, and assist PSM in the management of field documents. Prepare documents for retention.
- Follow up progress reports from field Service or Project Manager.
- Following the Global Management System (HSE and Quality) requirement
- Administrative Tasks:
- Prepare and coordinate project specific communications internal and external. Follow up with Vendors, Engineers and Contractors as necessary to resolve issues. Participate on project teams. Some travel may be required as part of the project team. Costumer contact
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in any major, Sales or Project coordinator are most preferred
- 3 years, 5 preferred. Fluent English is a MUST
- Relevant experience in Project management, Engineering Contract, Pulp and Energy or Mining Management preferred.
- Must have excellent computer skills in a variety of applications (Experience in LN or SAP, Drawing, and Microsoft office preferred.)
