As a Payments Sales Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting our Financial Institutions Group, helping drive innovative solutions for clients across multiple countries. You will collaborate with talented professionals and gain exposure to diverse markets, contributing to the success of our team and the firm. This is your opportunity to develop your skills and grow your career in a dynamic, inclusive environment.As a Payments Sales Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group Payments Sales team, you will support the FIG Sales Head and the Buenos Aires Sales team in covering Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Bolivia. You will work closely with colleagues across the business, providing analytical and operational support to drive client success. In this role, you will be part of a collaborative team that values your contributions and encourages your professional growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Create implementation deals by collaborating with Product and Implementation teams to gather relevant and accurate information
- Support Sales Managers in preparing proposals and billing setups
- Provide Return on Equity (ROE) analyses for credit line renewals and updates
- Work with business managers to deliver deep-dive analyses on key performance indicators
- Generate and maintain various business reports
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement
- Support the team with ad hoc project work and analysis
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Ability to collect, analyze, and solve problems using information and data
- Strong cross-cultural collaboration skills with internal teams and external clients
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks effectively
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, including macro creation and maintenance
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in financial services or payments industry
- Familiarity with business reporting tools and data visualization
- Knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese
- Demonstrated initiative in process improvement projects
- Experience working in a multinational environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
