Access to Care (ATC) is a nonprofit organization providing primary healthcare services to low-income and uninsured residents of suburban Cook County and Northwest Chicago for over 35 years. We are seeking an energetic, experienced Part-Time Outreach Coordinator to increase community awareness and enrollment in the ATC program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and carry out outreach strategies to reach underinsured populations and grow program enrollment
• Educate and collaborate with community partners and diverse populations
• Attend community events, deliver presentations, and coordinate outreach activities
• Promote ATC services and build strong community relationships
• Assist with special projects and internal program operations
• Transport and set up outreach materials as needed

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience in health or social services preferred
• Prior outreach or community engagement experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and public speaking skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends)
• Willingness to travel throughout suburban Cook County
