About the role:
An opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated team in as a Product Specialist, Paediatric Assistive technology - in the Sydney (south) ,NSW territory. In this role you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships within your designated territory. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling our innovative range of paediatric assistive devices to families, care givers, healthcare professionals and institutional facilities such as schools, hospitals and therapy clinics. By leveraging your clinical and/or sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach, you will contribute to achieving sales targets and expanding our market presence.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying customer needs, preferences, and emerging opportunities for Etac paediatric products.
Conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of Etac products.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and end-users.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering product knowledge and training support.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and clinical requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in the company's CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales management team to develop and implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing initiatives.
Continuously enhance product knowledge and industry expertise through self-study, training programs, and participation in conferences or trade shows.
Requirements
Proven aptitude as a Sales Representative or experience in Paediatric AT in a similar sales role, preferably within the healthcare or medical device industry.
Clinical background, preferably with focus on disability, paediatrics and/or assistive technology
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
Ideal but not essential – qualification in allied health or related field and/or experience in medical device sales.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.
Valid drivers license.
