Bear Lakes Country Club in West Palm Beach, FL, offers a boutique country club lifestyle featuring world-class amenities. These include two championship Jack Nicklaus Signature courses, a dynamic tennis program, and three unique dining experiences in a contemporary 22,000-square-foot clubhouse.

Oversees daily outside golf operations, ensuring that our hospitality services meet the highest standards of guest satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in managing staff, coordinating events, and enhancing the overall guest experience at our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Experience Required

Associate degree (A.A.) or bachelor's degree (B.A.) plus two to four years related experience and training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Essential Responsibilities

• Develop and implement various training programs for the outside service staff to ensure they are well-trained, achieving Service Excellence, and enhancing Member/Guest satisfaction and retention.
• Assist in leading the Outside Golf Operations Employees, including training, supervision, and daily leadership.
• Helping golfers by loading bags, cleaning clubs, and preparing them for play, ensuring all their needs are met and questions answered. Offer suggestions on proper golf course etiquette.
• Cleaning and maintaining the staging area, storage area, and golf cart fleet.
• Marshalling carts in the staging area and assigning them to players, ensuring golf carts are tracked and verified when rented.
• Assisting golfers after their round by cleaning clubs, delivering them to their cars as needed, and checking in the golf carts.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the club storage, cart, and equipment areas.
• Keeping the practice areas set up and continually supplied (e.g., range balls) for daily use. Coordinating services with other golf operations staff, such as range attendants, cart attendants, marshals/starters, to ensure seamless and efficient service to Members/Guests. Serve as a role model to all employees by demonstrating the expected behavior and work ethic.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required by the Outside Golf Operations Manager.
