Description

We are a progressive and strong Democratic campaign hiring Field Organizers to supplement our existing operations in New York City. Organizers will assist in both volunteer & paid operations and report to the Program Director and/or Deputy Program Director.

We are seeking a potential applicant with the flexibility to start immediately and the capability to jump into an existing operation and hit the ground running.

Requirements

Responsibilities
  Daily data entry of volunteer & voter outreach
  Ability to recruit and manage a team of volunteers
  Coordinating community presence with community organizations and stakeholders
  Build relationships with community members to raise involvement with the campaign
  Identify volunteers through phone calls, text messages, and other practices including digital outreach and 1:1 meetings

 Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
