Overview
We are looking for a talented, experienced, and highly motivated individual to join our company as a National Account Manager. As a vital part of our accounts team, you oversee account relationships and projects in the Construction Distribution and Manufacturing channel, develop new accounts and business pitches, and work closely with marketing to execute key business initiatives. This position requires extensive personal contacts in the industry, in addition to extensive experience in accounts management, vendor relationship management, and a demonstrable history of successful revenue growth. Our ideal candidate has at least a bachelor's degree in business management or a field closely relevant to our industry, in addition to impeccable interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Directly lead high-stakes projects for our largest and most important client
- Work directly with the Vice President of National Accounts to grow existing business and prospect potential new business partnerships.
- Direct marketing resources and personnel in support of maintaining and furthering beneficial client relationships and sales initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities and pitch projects and collaborations to new clients.
- Maintain and create important relationships with all nation accounts across the industry.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management or a field closely relevant to our industry.
- 5+ years of experience in an account management role, especially with clear leadership aspects.
- History of successful leadership in account management and client relationship building.
- Must be a team player and be willing to accept coaching and growth initiatives.

The compensation offered to the successful candidate will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's work experience, education and licenses, work-related training, key skills, the core duties of the role and its associated responsibilities, additional benefits offered, and the location where the work will be performed. All Fulltime (30+ hours) employees are eligible for PTO, Sick, and Parental Leave; Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance; 401(k) Plan; Health Savings Account; Life Insurance; Employee Assistance Program; Pet Insurance. This is a full-time, remote role witha base salary range of $70,000-$80,000, and a commission target of $50,000-$60,000.
